Display your GuideMate activities in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar

Having your GuideMate activities in your personal calendar means you don't have to juggle between two apps. The GuideMate calendar feed updates automatically: an activity scheduled in GuideMate appears in Google Calendar within 24 hours.

What is displayed in the calendar

• Activities with the status Scheduled, In Progress and Draft
• Blocked periods (holidays, unavailabilities)
• Each event shows: activity type, description, location

Cancelled or completed activities are not shown, keeping your calendar clean and readable.

Get your feed URL

1. GuideMate → Profile → Integrations
2. In the "External calendar" section, copy the displayed URL

This URL contains a secure token unique to your organization. Do not share it publicly.

Add the feed to Google Calendar

1. Open Google Calendar on a computer (adding from URL is not available on mobile)
2. In the left menu, click + next to "Other calendars"
3. Select From URL
4. Paste the URL copied from GuideMate
5. Click Add calendar

A new GuideMate calendar appears in your list. Activities load within a few seconds.

Add the feed to Apple Calendar (iPhone / Mac)

On iPhone:

1. Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other
2. Add Subscribed Calendar
3. Paste the URL → Next → Save

On Mac:

1. Calendar → File → New Calendar Subscription
2. Paste the URL → Subscribe

Add the feed to Outlook

1. Outlook → Add calendar → Subscribe from web
2. Paste the URL → Import

Update frequency

Google Calendar refreshes subscribed feeds approximately every 24 hours. An activity created in the morning in GuideMate may therefore appear in your Google Calendar the next day.

For an immediate update, Apple Calendar lets you force a refresh: Calendar → Refresh All Calendars.

Revoke access

If your URL is compromised, you can generate a new one from the Integrations screen → Regenerate link. The old URL stops working immediately.
